Shipping Information
UK Orders
Orders within the UK are typically dispatched within 5–10 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product details or accompanying materials.
International Orders
International orders are typically shipped within 5–15 working days unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items are shipped in line with the production schedule. Estimated dispatch timing will be communicated within the product listing and/or accompanying purchase materials and may be subject to change.
Please note that all shipping timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, or periods of high demand.
Import Duties and Taxes
For international orders, any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are determined by local authorities and are outside our control. We recommend checking any applicable charges before purchase.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused and returned, original shipping costs and return charges may be deducted from any refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final except where required by applicable law.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind unless you have a statutory right.
Where returns are permitted, items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact. Items that do not meet these conditions may receive a reduced refund reflecting any loss in value.
Pre-order and made-to-order items may be excluded where stated at purchase.
Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items are eligible for remedies under statutory rights, including repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within applicable legal timeframes.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact contact@starbureau.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs.
We will assess and resolve the issue in line with your statutory rights, including replacement, repair, refund, or alternative remedy.
